Recently, Fujian Provincial healthcare security bureau issued the “Announcement on Centralized Procurement of Cardiac interventional electrophysiological Medical consumables by Inter-provincial Alliance (No.13)”, which announced the selection results of centralized procurement of cardiac interventional electrophysiological medical consumables by inter-provincial alliance, and Kossel Medical was among them.
The collection varieties and procurement mode are more diversified. The products covered 11 categories, including atrial septal puncture sheath, electrophysiological catheter sheath, atrial septal puncture needle, surface positioning reference electrode, Saline-irrigated electrode catheter ablation, electric positioning diagnostic catheter, magnetic positioning diagnostic catheter, intracardiac ultrasound catheter, electric positioning treatment catheter, magnetic positioning treatment catheter, and cryotherapy catheter.
The procurement mode is divided into three procurement modes, including set procurement mode, single piece procurement mode and supporting procurement mode. Different procurement modes correspond to different declaration prices. The centralized procurement period is 2 years, and will be implemented from April 2023.
Kossel Medtech has carried out fierce competition with foreign brands and domestic giant in 2 or more bidding units in the single-piece procurement mode, and has obtained the selection qualification of 6 product regulations for 3 varieties, including fixed curved two-pole, four-electrodes and ten-electrodes catheters, adjustable curved four-electrodes and ten-electrodes catheters and cardiac radiofrequency ablation catheters.
The electrophysiology centralized acquisition led by Fujian Province, the competition of domestic and foreign brands has come to an end. Low localization rate is no longer the umbrella of centralized acquisition. Many imported brands have monopolized the field of medical equipment for a long time, and are producing a new pattern under the promotion of centralized acquisition.
