Patient information: Male, 80 years old
History of present disease:
1. Left iliac vein compression syndrome;
2. Left lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.
3. Previous medical history: hypertension, Meniere syndrome, Sensorineural hearing loss (left ear, moderate), Mixed deafness (right ear, moderate to severe)
Ultrasound or contrast images of lower limb veins:
Left lower limb common femoral vein thrombosis Left lower limb superficial femoral vein, deep femoral vein, anterior tibial vein, posterior tibial vein, great saphenous vein blood stasis.
Clinical diagnosis
1. Left iliac vein compression syndrome;
2. Left lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.
Surgical strategy
Percutaneous selective lower extremity venography + vena cava, vena cava filter placement, left lower extremity vein mechanical rotation thrombectomy, percutaneous intravenous hemolysis, left iliac vein balloon dilation combined with stent implantation.
