The first “Quality Month” activity of Kossel Medtech in 2022 came to end on November 29. Thanks to the active participation and joint efforts of all Kossel staff, the 3-month-long Quality Month campaign has come to a successful conclusion!
Kossel Medtech is a platform enterprise with comprehensive production and R&D capabilities of PTCA balloon catheter and other vascular interventional devices.
The event consists of three main plates, Propaganda of Regulations, Quality Essay Competition, and Quality Knowledge Competition. ​We have built a platform for employees to learn from each other and to promote each other, so that everyone can gain a deeper understanding of the importance of quality and promote employees to do the details of their work with a high sense of responsibility and purpose.
There are three different themes of regulation promotion throughout the “Quality Month”. In September, with the theme of “Quality Month”, it mainly propagates the knowledge of quality awareness, product quality control, quality risk control and so on. The theme of October was “the use of equipment”, which promoted the knowledge about the operation and use of products in the company and the safety of equipment. November “Regulations Month” publicize the basic knowledge of general regulations.
At the final of the Quality Knowledge Competition, Mr. Qing Hu, CEO of Kossel Medtech, concluded the Quality Month event. He pointed out that the quality of a business is never the quality of one person or one product, but the quality of the whole system. “Quality Month” will continue in the future. It is hoped that more employees will learn quality knowledge through activities.
The quest for excellence in quality never ends.Although the first quality month campaign of 2022 Kossel Healthcare is over, our determination to pay close attention to quality and our attitude towards quality pursuit will continue to be implemented in our daily work in the future.
